Do you experience recurring unpleasant moods or unsupportive feelings toward
yourself? Are you stuck in negative relationship or career patterns? Is your work-life
balance off kilter? Or are you struggling with unwanted behaviors or habits that
increase stress levels or adversely affect your well-being? If so, I can help as you
strive to break free from negative feelings, moods, behaviors and limiting patterns,
which no one should have to live with or struggle against on their own.
Anyone who feels less than satisfied with the way an area of their life is going might
benefit from psychotherapy. When you haven't been able to change negative feelings,
behaviors, relationship or career patterns, yourself, it is likely that you're coming up
against inner roadblocks that are resisting the changes you're trying hard to make.
Choosing to start therapy is a constructive way of supporting and caring for yourself
that can help you in making the changes you desire, beginning right now.
My expertise lies in utilizing the important advances of Inner Humanism in understanding
and treating the causes of painful moods and feelings and counterproductive patterns.
I have fifteen years of experience applying these psychotherapy advances in caring
for clients with most types of difficulties within four broad areas: unpleasant moods
and feelings, unsatisfying relationships, career and education problems, and unwanted
behaviors and habits. My approach is described in greater detail in an article I wrote that is published on this site, "Create a Better Work-Life Balance and Enjoy a Happier Life."
What is most important to me is helping people live happy lives. I am dedicated to
providing the highest standard of care, personalized attention and comfort within my
private practice, where I have been caring for Chicago area residents and professionals
for two decades. It would be my pleasure and privilege to help you as you seek to create
the happiness you deserve.
